Job summary

BELFOR USA Group, Inc. is seeking an Estimator at Level 2 to develop and manage estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will meet with clients, create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch, and review budgets to ensure costs are captured.

You will coordinate with trades, maintain schedules, and participate in BELFOR University training to advance to Level 2 or 3. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential as you help deliver timely, cost-effective

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Xactimate and budgeting for restoration work.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Establish and maintain local clientele, primarily insurance adjusters.
• Develop quality and competitive estimates for residential, commercial and industrial jobs.
• Review invoices and labor to ensure costs are included in monthly job costs.
• Coordinate with trades and management to meet timelines.
