Job summary

BELFOR USA Group, Inc is seeking an Estimator responsible for creating and managing estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial lines. You will meet with clients, develop competitive estimates using Xactimate, review budgets, and communicate progress with clients and management.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with Xactimate, and the ability to manage workload from initiation to completion.

Qualifications

• English literacy and fluency.
• Understanding of MSDS data sheets and applicability to jobs.
• Must use BELFOR Estimate Format Standards for Xactimate estimates, proposals, etc.
• Extensive Customer Service experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, experience with Xactimate.
• Professional demeanor and appearance, excellent telephone skills.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain professional interaction with co-workers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain local area clientele to refer losses.
• Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable building codes.
• Create and adhere to budgets and address overages.
• Use BELFOR naming conventions for estimates, proposals, change orders.
• Meet with owners, adjusters and consultants.
• Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed.
