Job summary

BELFOR USA Group, Inc is seeking an Estimator at Level 2 to join our estimating team. This role creates and manages estimates and job costs across residential, commercial, and industrial lines, meets with clients, and develops quality estimates using Xactimate.

You will manage work through completion and review budgets with clients and management. Employees progress through BELFOR training and advance after completing required training.

Qualifications

• English literacy and written communication.
• Understanding of MSDS data sheets and applicability to jobs.
• Use BELFOR Estimate Format Standards for Xactimate estimates and proposals.
• Extensive Customer Service experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with Xactimate.
• Professional demeanor and appearance; strong telephone skills.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain professional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and develop quality, competitive estimates using Xactimate.
• Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Maintain budgets and address overages as they present themselves.
• Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed.
• Review invoices and ensure costs are included in job costs monthly.
• Maintain vehicle safety and complete required reporting.
• Comply with BELFOR policies and standards.
