Job summary

Rainbow Restoration of Milwaukee is hiring an Estimator/Project Manager to lead service teams in completing restoration and construction projects on tight deadlines. You will estimate, budget, and manage project scopes while coordinating with staff and clients to ensure timely delivery and adherence to IICRC standards.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and computer literacy, with on-call responsibilities as part of a 24-hour emergency service company.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are required for client and staff interactions.
• Team leadership and ability to coordinate multiple subs and deadlines.
• Experience with budgeting and scheduling of restoration/construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of service professionals to complete projects by deadlines.
• Estimate, budget, and manage project aspects while seeking additional funding when needed.
• Communicate with staff and clients to keep projects on schedule and scope aligned.
• Maintain schedules and review paperwork to ensure timely service delivery.
