Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required.
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
- IICRC certification is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction
- Supervise restoration technicians and communicate expectations
- Document detailed job files to support services provided
- Manage labor and consumables on projects
- Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on progress and issues
- Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety
- Coach and train restoration technicians
