Job summary

SERVPRO is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to lead on-site restoration projects, coordinate production activities, and ensure high-quality service for customers. You will monitor safety protocols and guide technicians to deliver excellent results while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

This role requires managing crews, tracking labor and materials, and reporting project progress to the project manager. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to train are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• IICRC certification a plus, not required.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
