SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead and execute restoration construction projects in the Harrisburg area. You will ensure high-quality service for customers, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MEP trades and construction management experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in restoration/construction and site visits with reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer experience and warranty activities.
• Plan projects: scope, budgets, timelines, permits.
• Coordinate subcontractors, review estimates, and communicate with clients.
• Oversee on-site activities and document progress.
• Conduct final walk-through and closeout paperwork.
• Lead and train Construction Services team.
