Job summary

SERVPRO - Team Wall is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee a broad range of construction projects and ensure high-quality service for customers, clients, and subcontractors. You will oversee leads and technicians, manage scope, budgets, and timelines, and ensure permits are obtained.

The role requires knowledge of MEP trades, restoration/construction experience, excellent communication, a reliable vehicle, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MEP trades.
• Previous construction management experience.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Intermediate math skills for budgeting.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.
• Xactimate knowledge preferred.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and license to conduct site visits.

Responsibilities

• Customer satisfaction: manage the customer experience and warranties.
• Project planning: define scope, educate customers, document changes.
• Project execution: budget management, scheduling, subcontractor coordination.
• On-site management: frequent site visits, address client questions, document activity.
• Project completion: final walk-through, closeout paperwork, photos.
• Team management: oversee Construction Services team and training.
