SERVPRO Team Wall in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to support daily operations, guide restoration technicians, and ensure projects meet SERVPRO standards.

You’ll work directly with customers, document progress, help manage scheduling and budgeting, and promote a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of restoration experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver’s license.
• IICRC certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with restoration technicians and set project expectations.
• Work directly with customers to maintain positive interactions.
• Keep projects on track by documenting progress and assisting with scheduling.
• Promote a safe work environment by spotting hazards and enforcing practices.
• Respond to on-call rotations and assist with storm work when needed.
• Help build team skills by training and guiding technicians.
