Job summary

SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee restoration construction projects, coordinating subcontractors and resources to deliver high-quality service to customers.

The CPM will supervise Construction Services leads and technicians, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance with SERVPRO standards while driving project completion and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MEP trades
• Previous construction management experience
• Superb customer service track record
• Effective written and oral communication
• Intermediate math skills
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
• Xactimate knowledge preferred
• Must have a reliable vehicle and license to conduct site visits

Responsibilities

• Manage customer experience and overall satisfaction including warranty activities.
• Educate customers on the construction process and document scope of work.
• Maintain customer/client communications and review estimates.
• Identify change orders or upsell opportunities and obtain agreement.
• Create project schedules and coordinate subcontractors and resources.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Conduct frequent site visits and ensure policy/procedure compliance; answer client questions.
• Close out projects with final walk-through, documentation, and finances.
