Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; PMP preferred.
• Experience in restoration or construction a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Proficient math skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer experience and overall satisfaction on projects.
• Plan and document project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate subcontractors and resource providers; review estimates.
• Ensure proper permits and inspections are completed.
• Oversee on-site activities, safety, and quality controls.
• Lead and develop Construction Services team; conduct regular reviews.
