Job summary

SERVPRO Team Wall in Maryland is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex restoration and construction projects, ensuring high quality service for customers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

You will oversee planning, execution, site management, and team leadership, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and clear communication. A PMP is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered; the role offers growth and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MEP trades.
• Previous construction management experience.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Intermediate math skills.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.
• Xactimate knowledge preferred.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and license to conduct site visits.

Responsibilities

• Management of the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage all warranty activities.
• Educate customers on the construction process.
• Identify and document project scope of work.
• Maintain customer and client communications.
• Review estimates and identify change orders or upsell opportunities.
• Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate.
• Ensure proper permits are acquired.
• Create project schedule and timeline.
• Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.
• Review subcontractor estimates and confirm scope is accurate.
• Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Conduct frequent site visits and answer questions from client/subcontractors.
• Document all project activities with photos and sign-offs.
• Capture progression photographs and/or dockusketch of project.
• Track job progression against draw schedules.
• Complete final walk-through with customer to close out.
• Capture final photographs.
• Ensure no outstanding balances before closeout.
• Manage Construction Services team and approve payroll.
• Plan ongoing training for team members.
• Hold regular one-on-one meetings with team members.
• Complete mid-year and year-end performance reviews.
