SERVPRO - Team Wall is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate customers, subcontractors, and resources to deliver high-quality service in challenging environments.

The role demands strong communication, site oversight, and multitasking ability to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction. Training and development are available within a growing franchise network.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MEP trades is required.
• Experience in construction management roles.
• Strong customer service record is essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Experience in restoration or construction is preferred.
• Xactimate knowledge is a plus.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer experience and satisfaction on projects.
• Educate clients on the construction process and scope.
• Develop project schedules and manage subcontractors.
• Coordinate inspections and permits with authorities.
• Oversee site safety and compliance with policies.
• Document project activities with photos and reports.
