Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers invites applications for a Restaurant Zone Manager. You will support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold Cane’s standards and culture, and oversee one restaurant zone during shifts.

The role involves managing crewmembers, delivering exemplary customer service, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. Physical duties include working in a fast-paced kitchen and varied temperatures, with opportunities for growth and weekly pay in most locations.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer and team interactions
• Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with ability to work independently or in teams
• Able to recognize problems, set goals, and convert plans into action
• Willing to work days, evenings, weekends and travel for training as needed
• Minimum 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience or advanced crew level
• Must be 18 years or older; HS diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day restaurant operations and maintains Raising Cane’s standards
• Directs crewmembers during shifts and ensures timely, courteous customer service
• Manages zone operations and safety standards within a shift
• Uses logs and tools to document results and take corrective action
• Oversees cleanliness and facility maintenance; ensures equipment is in good working order
• Assists with rewards and recognition programs for crewmembers
• Creates a positive, fast-paced work environment and upholds company culture
