The position emphasizes operational leadership, team direction, and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly with consistent customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in one restaurant zone during a shift.
• Enforce policy and standards across the zone.
• Manage the zone following safety and operation guidelines.
• Use logs and tools to support shift execution, document results, and take corrective action.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and deliver exemplary customer service.
• Support reward and recognition programs for crewmembers.
• Authorize employee actions requiring manager approval.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and facility readiness.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
