Raising Cane’s Restaurant Zone Manager in New Iberia, LA oversees day-to-day operations for one restaurant zone, upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture while supporting the Restaurant Leader.

The role involves managing a shift, directing crew, delivering great customer service, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Weekly pay, competitive pay, and strong benefits are part of the package.

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the restaurant and uphold standards and culture in one restaurant zone
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and ensure customer service
• Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards and ensure the facility is in good working order
• Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions)
• Drive rewards and recognition programs for the crew and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Complete other duties as assigned
