Job summary

Raising Cane’s in California is looking for a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture across one restaurant zone. The role requires managing a fast-paced kitchen, directing crewmembers, ensuring customer service quality, and enforcing safety and company policies.

Evening and weekend shifts may be required, with travel for training as needed.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Upholds Raising Cane’s standards and culture within the zone.
• Directs crewmembers during shifts and ensures customer service excellence.
• Enforces company policies and safety standards; maintains cleanliness and facility readiness.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
