Raising Cane’s is hiring a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of one restaurant zone and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture.

The role involves a fast-paced kitchen environment, interaction with customers, and working both indoors and outdoors in varied temperatures. It requires extending periods of physical activity and adherence to safety practices.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Able to recognize problems and translate plans into action.
• Willing to work days, evenings, weekends and travel as needed.
• Must complete Raising Cane’s training programs.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or advanced crew experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in one restaurant zone during a shift.
• Enforces company policies and safety standards.
• Manages zone operations and uses logs to document results and take corrective action.
• Directs crewmembers during shifts and provides exemplary customer service.
• Supports reward and recognition programs for crewmembers.
• Approves manager-level actions (discounts, promotions, etc.).
• Ensures cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
