Raising Cane’s Restaurant Zone Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the restaurant and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in management responsibilities of one restaurant zone’s operations.

The role involves a fast-paced kitchen environment, interaction with customers, and travel for work-related trainings. Strong leadership and customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in one restaurant zone during a shift.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Maintains cleanliness and ensures the facility is in good working order.
• Supports execution of rewards and recognition programs for crewmembers.
