Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint seeks a Restaurant Visionary to lead a high-volume operation with accountability for vision, financial performance, and guest experience. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership, driving profitability while maintaining top-tier quality and service.

You will own budgeting, cost controls, inventory, and staff development, shaping long-term growth in a fast-paced pizza/delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR and pizza/delivery.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of restaurant finances, cost control, and P&L reporting.

Responsibilities

• Owns financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and sales growth.
• Oversees FOH and BOH operations ensuring quality and compliance.
• Leads and mentors a high-performing team and positive culture.
• Champions guest experience and builds lasting customer relationships.
• Contributes to strategic planning and identifies growth opportunities.
• Makes proactive operational decisions to resolve challenges.
• Collaborates on local marketing and community engagement.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
