You will own budgeting, cost control, inventory, and sales strategies, while developing a high-performing team and cultivating strong community relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR/pizza/delivery.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Solid understanding of restaurant finances, cost control, P&L management, and reporting.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Financial stewardship and accountability for budgeting, cost control, inventory, and sales growth.
• Overseeing FOH and BOH operations, ensuring quality, safety, and service standards.
• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a diverse, high-performing team.
• Championing exceptional guest experiences and addressing feedback.
• Contributing to long-term planning, growth opportunities, and market analysis.
• Proactive problem-solving and informed decision-making to improve outcomes.
• Collaborating on local marketing and community engagement to boost brand visibility.
