Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis.
• ServSafe Manager certification preferred; food safety knowledge required.
• High school diploma preferred; leadership and coaching skills emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, trains, coaches, and develops restaurant staff and managers.
• Ensures hygiene, food safety standards, and brand quality are met.
• Trains team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and service speed.
• Manages daily operations, pathing, and performance evaluations.
• Drives profitability through sales growth and cost controls.
• Communicates clearly with District Manager and stores leadership.
• Completes daily paperwork, schedules, and inventory controls.
