Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Restaurant Visionary to lead financial performance, guest experience, and long-term growth in our Reno restaurant. You will own budgeting, cost control, inventory, and sales initiatives while guiding FOH and BOH operations with a focus on safety and quality.

This role requires hands-on leadership, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in restaurant management (preferably QSR/pizza/delivery).
• Strong leadership and team-building capability.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and P&L management.
• Commitment to guest experiences and customer relationships.
• Excellent communication with staff and leadership.
• Ownership mindset with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Financial stewardship: full accountability for budgeting, costs, inventory, and sales growth.
• Operational excellence: oversee FOH and BOH, health and safety, quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Own guest experience and proactively address feedback.
• Contribute to strategic planning and growth opportunities.
• Make informed decisions to resolve operational challenges.
• Collaborate on marketing and community engagement to boost brand.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and labor regulations.
