Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Restaurant Visionary to lead a pizza/delivery concept with accountability for financial performance, guest experience, and strategic growth. You will drive budgets, cost controls, inventory, and sales while ensuring top-tier operations across FOH and BOH.

You will mentor a diverse team, foster a proactive work environment, and partner with the community to raise brand awareness and loyalty, delivering measurable profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR/pizza/delivery.
• Strong leadership and team-building track record.
• Solid understanding of restaurant finances, budgeting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the restaurant's financial performance including budgets, costs, inventory, and sales growth.
• Oversee FOH and BOH operations ensuring quality, safety, and service excellence.
