Job summary

Church’s Texas Chicken is seeking a Senior Director, Restaurant Technology to lead the strategy and delivery of restaurant technology across corporate and franchise locations. You will own the POS and BOH lifecycle, drive improvements in speed of service, and align vendor partnerships with business priorities.

You will supervise a product team, manage system integrations, and champion kitchen automation, self-service kiosks, and mobile drive-thru initiatives to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of progressive restaurant/retail technology delivery experience.
• Experience leading technology delivery in multi-unit environments and a senior level.
• Hands-on experience with multiple POS platforms and networked store systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of POS upgrades across Corporate and Franchise locations.
• Oversee QA and deployment readiness for store technology systems.
• Develop and govern product roadmaps, timelines, and cross-functional governance.
• Direct vendor negotiations, SLAs, and strategic partnerships.
