Job summary

Concessions International seeks a Head of Restaurant Technology to own the end-to-end tech stack across its airport and hospitality locations. You will define a multi-year strategy, lead a high-performing team, and partner with operations to deliver faster, smarter guest experiences.

The role requires a decade of tech leadership with strong POS and vendor-management experience, plus familiarity with AI-enabled ordering and IoT deployments in high-throughput environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, with 3+ in restaurant/ hospitality tech.
• Proven ownership of POS platforms at scale (Oracle MICROS, Toast, NCR Aloha, PAX or equivalent).
• Experience managing tech across 20+ locations in multi-site or franchise environments.
• Strong vendor management including contract negotiation and SLA governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and building tech organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year restaurant technology roadmap aligned to growth goals.
• Champion innovation across food & beverage and hospitality tech landscapes.
• Advise operations leadership for all locations on technology matters.
• Identify and pilot AI ordering, IoT kitchen monitoring, and contactless payments.
• Translate guest experience goals into technology requirements and enhancements.
• Own deployments of POS, KDS, digital menus, self-service kiosks, and payments.
• Lead vendor negotiations, SLA governance, and contract renewals.
• Build and lead a high-performing restaurant technology team.
• Ensure security, compliance, and network standards across domains.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate restaurant systems with ERP and finance.
