Job summary

Concessions International seeks a Head of Restaurant Technology to own all tech systems and digital infrastructure across its airport and hospitality concessions. You will lead tech strategy to elevate guest experience, drive efficiency, and enable growth while troubleshooting POS outages and network issues to keep operations seamless.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership, with 3+ years in restaurant, food & hospitality tech.
• Experience owning POS platforms at scale (Oracle MICROS, Toast, NCR Aloha, PAX, or equivalent).
• Experience managing technology across 20+ locations in a multi-site/franchise environment.
• Strong vendor management including contract negotiation and SLA governance.
• Proven track record of end-to-end technology delivery from strategy through implementation and support.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year restaurant technology roadmap aligned to CI's operational and revenue growth goals.
• Own guest-facing technology experience across CI locations from digital menus to self-service kiosks and mobile ordering.
• Lead planning, deployment, and rollout of all restaurant-facing technology systems, POS, KDS, and payment processing.
• Own the full lifecycle of connected devices across all locations from procurement to decommission.
• Establish repeatable implementation playbooks and standards for new location openings and remodels.
• Ensure deployments meet security, compliance, and network standards in coordination with the IT team.
