McDonald’s USA is seeking an Operations Technology Pro (OTP) to support in-restaurant technology, ensuring equipment functions at the highest level for customers and crew. OTPs are at the heart of running great restaurants and enable managers, crew, and guests to use technology effectively.

Responsibilities include upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, development and training of OTPs, and providing resources as new technologies are deployed.

Description We are looking for a dedicated Operations Technology Professional (OTP) Pro to actively support the development and execution of our in-restaurant technology, ensuring that all equipment functions at the highest level for our customers and crew. OTPs are at the heart of running great restaurants. They elevate expertise and ensure end users — managers, crew, and customers — can effectively use the technology in the restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Upgrades: Perform certain self-installs and OS upgrades
• Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality and performance of equipment
• Troubleshooting: Provide in-house technology support to triage issues on-site and over the phone
