Job summary

Alpha Restaurant Technologies seeks a Restaurant Client Success & Support Specialist in Winfield, IL, to combine hands-on restaurant knowledge with technical support. You’ll manage a growing portfolio of local accounts, train staff on our systems and help clients run operations more smoothly.

You’ll split time roughly 60% on technical support and 40% on proactive client success, visiting restaurants, conducting reviews, and sharing practical improvements to increase efficiency and guest

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in restaurant operations with knowledge of service and kitchen workflows.
• Clear verbal and written communication, patience when teaching others, and dependable follow-through.
• Willingness to investigate, learn, test alternatives and solve problems when instructions, standard features or immediate answers are unavailable.
• Comfortable learning unfamiliar systems and working methodically through a problem.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and build trust through planned contact and follow-through.
• Train and support adoption of tools for owners, managers and staff.
• Conduct account reviews and restaurant visits, suggest practical improvements.
• Troubleshoot POS software, payments, hardware, printers, connectivity and integrations.
• Coordinate with teams and vendors to address underlying causes and reduce repeats.
• Work with Sales/Admin/Projects for quoting, implementation and fulfillment, then confirm needs addressed.
