Job summary

Alpha Restaurant Technologies is seeking a Sales and Growth Manager to lead a team of approximately six Sales and Growth employees across multiple markets. The role is hands-on, with 50% travel, in Winfield, Illinois, and involves prospecting, closing, retention, and expansion of customer relationships.

You will own sales performance, field execution, and team accountability, while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver real value to restaurant clients.
