You will earn owners' trust by understanding daily operations, guiding value from our POS and payments tech, and identifying improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Restaurant operations experience and owner empathy.
• Experience in customer success or account management.
• Ability to manage multiple restaurant accounts and travel.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted restaurant relationships with owners, operators, and managers.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and efficiency for clients.
• Conduct meaningful consultations reviewing trends and service history.
• Own recovery when a client loses confidence and coordinate a plan.
• Drive technology adoption across supported POS systems and digital tools.
• Grow existing accounts with appropriate upgrades and cross-sell.
• Keep commitments with clear next steps and updates.
