Job summary

FoodTec Solutions is seeking a Restaurant Operations Specialist with pizza/QSR expertise to onboard restaurant partners, provide ongoing support, and optimize platform usage for better operations and profitability.

Ideal candidates have 3–7+ years in restaurant management, fluency in both operator and tech language, and the ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, support, and training teams to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of restaurant management experience (GM level or higher).
• Experience with POS, KDS, and third-party delivery platforms.
• Strong communicator fluent in operator and tech terminology.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage customer relationships post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Tailor platform usage to each client's operational goals.
• Troubleshoot issues and liaise between customers and product/support teams.
• Monitor account health using data and analytics to identify improvements.
• Provide feedback to internal teams based on customer needs and restaurant workflows.
• Contribute to training content, SOPs, and best practices.
• Advocate for the customer and help shape the product roadmap with an operator's perspective.
