Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. (BNE) is seeking a Restaurant Team Trainer to support restaurant success by training new hires and existing team members in front- and back-of-house procedures, ensuring safe operations, consistent food quality, and exceptional guest service.

You will welcome, train, and coach team members on food preparation, service, and hospitality standards, and collaborate with shift leaders to identify training needs while modeling our Biscuits & Bird way.

Qualifications

• Welcome, train, and coach new team members on food preparation, service, and hospitality standards.
• Model the Biscuits & Bird way - friendly, fast, accurate, and always with care.
• Ensure training materials, checklists, and routines are followed for consistency and quality.
• Partner with shift leaders and managers to identify and address training needs.
• Deliver feedback and recognition that encourages growth and confidence.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe training environment.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of menu items, recipes, and beverage preparation.
• Support daily operations - from opening prep to closing routines - as a role model of excellence.
• Help drive team engagement and uphold our culture of positivity, teamwork, and accountability.
