Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, motivate the team, and uphold our standards for guest service, quality and safety. You will work alongside crew to model behavior and resolve issues in real time.

Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring, scheduling, controlling labor costs, training staff, maintaining equipment and inventory, and ensuring compliance with policies. Weekly pay and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train talent.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew and management meetings as needed.
