Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a capable Shift Manager to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager. You will supervise shifts, maintain the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness, and drive profitability while adhering to company standards.

You will train crew, manage labor costs, control inventory, ensure accurate cash handling, and enforce safety and sanitation policies. Join a values-driven team with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings before shifts to discuss operations and promotions.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for all cash when in charge of a shift, including deposits.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and professionalism.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies for a safe environment.
• Reflect BNE's Vision and Values in performance.
