Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. (Hardee’s) is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the team in delivering high-quality guest experiences while maintaining rigorous food safety, cleanliness, and profitability standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership alongside crew, coaching, and staff development to achieve service excellence. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience in quick-service dining, strong communication skills, and a commitment to helping guests and team members

Qualificações

• 2 years of management experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Loves Serving and Helping Others
• Available to work all shifts and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Interview and hire qualified staff according to company standards and in compliance with regulations
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage guest flow
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew
• Provide coaching and discipline as warranted
• Conduct crew and management meetings to discuss procedures and promotions
