Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Willingness to work all shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with staff and management; coach when needed.
• Lead team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Monitor inventory and cash procedures to ensure compliance.
