Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Hardee’s operation to lead by example, inspire crew members, and uphold the highest standards of guest service, food quality, and cleanliness every day.

You will hire and train staff, schedule to meet guest flow, manage labor costs, train and develop teams, coach and discipline when needed, and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to meet physical demands.
• Must have at least 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends; ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills; excellent communication and a cheerful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff based on company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to manage guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under direction of the manager.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with the management team and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew duties as needed and conduct team meetings.
