Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Team Trainer to support restaurant success by training new hires and existing team members in front- and back-of-house procedures.

You will ensure safe operations, consistent food quality, and exceptional guest service, while upholding company values and culture. As a role model, you will deliver coaching, maintain organized training environments, and collaborate with shift leaders to address training needs, driving engagement and accuracy

Qualifications

• Experience in training or coaching teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, train, and coach new team members on food preparation, service, and hospitality standards.
• Model the Biscuits & Bird way — friendly, fast, accurate, and always with care.
• Ensure training materials, checklists, and routines are followed for consistency and quality.
• Partner with shift leaders and managers to identify and address training needs.
• Deliver feedback and recognition that encourages growth and confidence.
