Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Team Trainer in Virginia Beach to train new hires and existing team members in front- and back-of-house procedures, ensuring safe operations, consistent food quality, and exceptional guest service.

You will welcome, train, and coach staff, model the Biscuits & Bird standards of friendly, fast, accurate service, and work with shift leaders to address training needs. Evening shifts are not available for this position.

Qualifications

Experience training team members in front- and back-of-house operations.
Ability to model standards for food quality, hospitality, and safety.
Strong communication to train, coach, and give feedback.

Responsibilities

Welcome, train, and coach new team members on food preparation, service, and hospitality standards.
Model the Biscuits & Bird way — friendly, fast, accurate, and always with care.
Ensure training materials and routines are followed for quality and consistency.
Partner with shift leaders to identify and address training needs.
Deliver feedback and recognition to encourage growth and confidence.
Maintain a clean, safe training environment and support daily operations.
