Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of food and beverage, cash handling and customer service experience.
• Requires at least 6 months of supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, understand and act on instructions, and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Open, daily and closing procedures/checklists as per policies.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates within unit.
• Assist in hiring decisions and scheduling with the GM.
