Moe's Team Leader position in Ann Arbor, MI offers an hourly role focused on directing daily restaurant operations in the absence of management. You will supervise shifts, maintain standards for food quality and cleanliness, and ensure guest satisfaction while guiding team members through training and policy adherence.

The role involves managing front- and back-of-house tasks, handling cash procedures, and supporting labor controls.

Formación

• Must supervise shifts and maintain standards of service and cleanliness.
• Experience coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house operations is preferred.
• Ability to respond to guest concerns and resolve issues promptly within company guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Deliver a positive experience for guests and team members.
• Manage FOH and BOH tasks to support labor controls and cost efficiency.
• Monitor service speed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints.
• Oversee daily shifts to maintain product quality and cleanliness.
• Assist in training new and existing team members on procedures.
• Enforce uniform policy and standards.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
