Job summary

Moe's SouthWest Grill | Enterprise is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, lead a fast-paced team, and ensure exceptional guest service. You will supervise staff, handle cash, and support onboarding while maintaining food quality and safety across all areas of the restaurant.

The role requires flexibility to work day, evening, or weekend shifts, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. In-person work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or quick service environment preferred.
• Strong cash handling with attention to detail in financial transactions.
• Assistant manager or supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of culinary practices and kitchen operations beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations and supervise restaurant staff.
• Assist in training new employees, including onboarding and interviewing.
• Manage cash handling procedures and balance registers.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and kitchen operations oversight.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure cleanliness and prep requirements are met across areas.
