Job summary

Moe's Franchise is seeking a Team Leader to support daily restaurant operations and supervise shifts in the absence of management. You will help maintain food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation while addressing team member and guest issues.

The role emphasizes supervision of FOH and BOH, guest experience, and proper cash handling. This is an hourly position requiring excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to supervise shifts.
• Excellent guest service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Ensure positive guest experience and atmosphere.
• Manage FOH and BOH shift responsibilities to control labor costs.
• Monitor speed of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints.
• Open and close restaurant in the absence of upper management.
• Assist in training team members.
• Ensure adherence to uniform policy and standards.
• Follow cash handling procedures.
• Escalate issues to GM/ASM when necessary.
