Job summary

Moe's is seeking a Team Leader to support daily restaurant operations and step in for the General Manager in their absence. You will help supervise shifts, ensure food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction, and assist with training and policy enforcement.

The role is hourly and requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a focus on maintaining high standards and effective team coordination on both the front and back of house.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Ensure positive guest experience and atmosphere.
• Assist in managing FOH and BOH shifts and labor costs.
• Monitor speed of service to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints and escalate as needed.
• Train team members and new hires on procedures and standards.
• Enforce uniform policy and cash handling procedures.
• Open/close restaurant in absence of upper management.
