You will supervise both front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, assist with guest feedback, and help train new hires while enforcing company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts to ensure standards and guest experience.
• Assist in managing FOH and BOH daily labor costs as assigned by management.
• Monitor speed of service to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints and escalate when needed.
• Assist in training team members and enforcing procedures.
