Burger King Houston is seeking a motivated team leader to join our growing franchise. This role supports Restaurant General Manager, trains new team members, and helps deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong guest service skills, and the ability to manage schedules, coaching, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
