Job summary

Burger King in Houston is seeking a hands-on supervisor to join our growing team. You will help develop Servant Leaders, create memorable guest experiences, and balance guest satisfaction with restaurant financial goals.

The role requires 1–2 years supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and strong guest service skills. You will train new team members, coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure quality and cleanliness across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.

• Maintains welcoming, clean restaurant and delivers product quality.
• Partners with GM to improve guest metrics and quality standards.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC targets are met.
• Manages daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and cost controls; adjusts production planning.
• On-boarding for new team members and ongoing onboarding improvements.
