Job summary

Burger King in Houston, TX, seeks a hands-on supervisor to lead daily operations in our restaurant. You will mentor crew, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, training new team members, controlling costs, and maintaining HACCP records. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years supervisory experience, strong guest service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
