Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders—put your people and the restaurant first.
• Create memorable experiences with service guests won’t want to forget.

• Welcome new team members and provide the needed training.
• Lead inspiring team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for staff.
• Build the capability of shift supervisors and prepare them for advancement.
• Consistently thank the team and celebrate success.
• Actively coach brand service behaviors—train, observe, provide feedback and celebrate.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure the restaurant is welcoming, clean and inviting.
• Ensure product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and place product orders efficiently.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create and manage onboarding for new team members.
• Implement action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
